Warehousing Solutions Ltd is recruiting Warehouse Operatives in Luton to work on assignments with DHL, UPS, Lidl or Aldi. Immediate starts with permanent role opportunities and strong public transport access are provided.

You will be expected to pick orders, follow voice-picking instructions, and operate warehouse equipment with safety training supplied. Roles require good communication, accuracy, and the ability to work across fixed shifts (AM/PM/Night).

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Warehouse Operative is essential.
• Flexible to work across shifts including AM/PM/Night.
• Training provided for voice-picking system and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Pick orders accurately and efficiently.
• Operate voice automated picking system after training.
• Use warehouse equipment as directed and safely.
• Perform heavy lifting where required (max 5 kg).
• Follow standard operating procedures and health & safety rules.

Role of a Warehouse Operative:

• Order picking products
• Picking using a voice automated system - training provided
• Use mechanically operated equipment
• Will include some heavy lifting ( max 5 kg)
• Work to standard Warehouse operating procedures in line with company policy.
• Maintain high levels of Health and Safety awareness and report any areas of concern.

Warehouse Operative role details:

• Salary: £19.80 - AM shift; £22.80 - PM shift; £25.80 - Night shift
• Overtime £27.25/h AM -shift; £28.50/h -PM shift; £33.75/h -Night
• Fixed shift AM 06:00-14:00 / PM 14:00-22:00 / Night 22:00-06:00

Location: LUTON

Duration: permanent

You will be given a 12-week rota and be expected to work 5 days from 7, with the opportunity to work additional hours and days

As a Warehouse Operative, you will need to have:

• Good communication skills
• Able to follow instructions
• Ability to give attention to detail
• Previous experience as a Warehouse Operative or picker packer is an advantage, but not essential as Full training is provided.
