Job summary

Warehousing Solutions Ltd in Reading, Berkshire seeks Warehouse Operatives for immediate start. Shifts include early morning and PM windows with overtime pay rates. PAYE or Self-Employed positions are available, with full-time, part-time and permanent options and weekly pay.

Flexible duties across warehousing tasks, ability to handle parcels up to 30kg and push up to 250kg with assistance, and prior logistics exposure are advantageous. Start date within a few days.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; however experience is a plus.
• Able to lift parcels up to 30kg and push up to 250kg with assistance for heavier items.
• Physically able to perform heavy-lift tasks.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including early and late hours.
• Experience with courier/logistics companies is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Move and sort parcels within the warehouse.
• Assist with loading and unloading operations.
• Support inventory checks and order preparation.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.

Warehouse Operatives Wanted for a quick start

Job location: READING, BERKSHIRE

Am shifts start 6 am till 2 pm or 8 am till 4 pm + lots of overtime

paying £17.60 hour and £22.50 hour for each overtime

PM shifts 4 pm till 12 am, 6 pm till 2 am, 8 pm till 6 am + overtime

paying £22.50 hour and £28.70 hour for overtime.

PAYE or Self-Employed positions.

FULL OR PART TIME and PERMANENT.

Paid weekly.

• Flexible and able to switch between various tasks during a shift.
• Capable of carrying parcels up to 30kg and pushing up to 250kg (assistance provided for larger items).
• Physically able to manage heavy goods.
• Candidate Requirements:
• Dedicated and motivated individuals.
• Various shifts and times available.
• No prior experience required, but its a plus.
• Experience with Amazon, DPD, DHL, XPO, or similar companies is desirable.
