Overview

Warehouse Operatives Required

CTRG: Mansfield Hub are delighted to be in a brand new partnership with a leading retailer to support their warehouse recruitment in Bedford, MK42.

Main Duties

• Working to pick targets to order pick in the warehouse using LLOPs and scanners
• The work will include order picking of a number of household items, including alcohol products
• General warehousing duties such as packing, wrapping, palletising etc.
• Loading and unloading of containers
• General housekeeping anf use of MHE such as PPTs and LLOPs

We are actively recruiting for a number of Warehouse Operatives to join their team on a long term / temp to perm basis and we have the following shifts available:

Shifts Available

• Rotational shift 0600 - 1400 & 1400 - 2200 Monday to Friday

Pay Rates

• Base rate £12.40 per hour
• Overtime £14.40 per hour during October, increasing to £16.40 during November and December
• Overtime paid after 37.5 hours in the week

Performance related pay is also available with up to £3 per hour additional available! Pick targets are realistic and achievable. This is an excellent opportunity for a permanent job at the end of the 3 month period with the agency and after 3 months with our client there are lots of opportunity for progression and development.

Induction

We have weekly inductions available each week on a Monday, with immediate starts thereafter.
