Warehouse Operatives/ Forklift Drivers
We’re currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives/Line Walkers, and Forklift Drivers to join our client’s growing team in Gaydon. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a well-established and supportive company, offering competitive pay, regular shifts, and a positive team environment.

Pay

• Warehouse Operative / Line Walker: £12.52 per hour
• Forklift Driver: £16.34 per hour
• Overtime: £18.78 per hour

Shift Patterns

• Warehouse Operative / Line Walker: Monday to Thursday: 06:15 – 15:15; Friday: 06:15 – 11:15
• Forklift Driver (Rotating Shifts): Day Shift: Monday–Thursday 06:00 – 14:00, Friday 06:00 – 12:00
• Forklift Driver (Rotating Shifts): Late Shift: Monday–Thursday 14:00 – 01:00

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out line walking and general warehouse operative duties
• Operate Reach Truck, Counterbalance, and PPT forklifts safely (where licensed)
• Pick, pack, move, and store stock accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment
• Process orders and ensure all stock is handled correctly
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients regarding daily requirements
• Support the wider team to meet targets and resolve issues promptly

Requirements

• Previous warehouse or production experience (essential)
• Valid Reach Truck / Counterbalance / PPT licenses (for forklift roles)
• Computer literate with confidence using basic systems
• Good level of spoken and written English
• Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and reliability
• Team-focused attitude and a proactive approach
