Job summary

Consultora Excelsior in Birmingham is seeking warehouse operatives for immediate start, with both full-time and part-time positions available. You will be responsible for picking, packing, inspecting goods, stocking, and preparing shipments, while maintaining safety and cleanliness. Day, night, and weekend shifts are offered to fit various schedules.

Shifts available include 8, 10, or 12 hours. Pay starts at £18.75 per hour, with higher rates for night work (£25) and for overtime/bank holidays

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not essential.
• Operate warehouse equipment.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 5kg and perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Receive and inspect incoming goods
• Conduct stock checks and organize inventory
• Create shipping labels
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, and cleanliness
• Performing additional duties as required by the company or management.
