Warehouse Operatives – Ongoing Work | Competitive Pay | Immediate Starts

We are currently seeking reliable and experienced Warehouse Operatives to join our team in Brackmills, Northampton, supporting a leading retail client. As a Warehouse Operative, you will play an essential role in the day-to-day running of the warehouse, ensuring that products are received, stored, and dispatched accurately and efficiently.

Shift Pattern

• Saturday to Wednesday
• 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Pay Rates

• Basic £15.21 per hour
• Overtime: £22.82 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Picking, packing, and preparing goods for dispatch
• Operating MHE (Manual Handling Equipment) safely and efficiently
• Receiving and storing stock accurately
• Maintaining compliance with all health and safety standards
• Working collaboratively with team members to achieve daily targets
