Job summary

A leading automotive parts supplier in Bolton is seeking a Warehouse Operative to ensure orders are efficiently picked, packed, and ready for delivery. You'll work in a dynamic team, managing stock and checking quantities while prioritizing customer service. This zero-hour/casual contract offers up to 41 hours per week depending on branch needs. Ideal candidates should have a strong background in warehouse operations and excellent communication skills, with knowledge of car parts being a plus.

Overview

£10.00-12 Contract NEW At GSF Car Parts, our Warehouse Operatives play an important role within the team by always ensuring orders are picked and packed, and ready to be delivered to our customers. They are champions of customer service delivery through efficient coordination of warehouse stock and understand the importance of delivery timeframes. As a Warehouse Operative working on a zero hour/casual contact, you will support the branch in covering any holidays or absences.

Main duties

• Checking and putting away supplier delivered parts
• Picking and loading vans accurately and in a timely manner
• Checking customer returns for resale, warranty or surcharge
• Checking stock quantities are correct against computer whilst also checking stock is stored in the allocated bin locations

Hours

Working hours: Up to 41 (average) hours Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturday working - depending on the cover needed in the branch.
