Warehouse operative – Doncaster

Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting a Warehouse operative to join our team in Doncaster (Decoy Bank South). This is a part time, permanent role and you will be working 34.5 hours per week Saturday-Monday, on a fixed shift from 6am to 6pm.

What you'll do on a typical day:

• Working as a team member within the fulfilment centre supporting the distribution operations.
• Picking varying sized/weighted items.
• Ensure supply of products to our customer in a timely manner.
• Working within a fast-paced environment to ensure you achieve your pick rates.
• Work to the highest levels of safety, service, accuracy, and quality.
• Adhere to all of GXO Health & Safety policies at all times.

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• Experience of warehouse management systems.
• MHE license desirable but not essential - as training will be given.
• Good communication, both verbal and written.
• Ability to build good team relationships.
• Ability to work on own initiative, while working under pressure in a continually changing and demanding environment.
