Rubicon Recruitment is hiring a Warehouse Operative for a site in Poole. The role offers immediate starts, Monday to Friday shifts (7am–3pm), and weekly pay. You will handle picking/packing, stock checks, and safe handling of goods within a busy warehouse environment.

Ideal candidates have warehouse or logistics experience, good attention to detail, and the ability to stay on your feet for extended periods while maintaining accuracy and pace. Temp-to-perm opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Warehouse/logistics experience required.
• Attention to detail and accuracy under time pressure.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform manual handling.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders accurately to meet daily targets.
• Receiving, checking, and storing incoming stock.
• Moving goods safely around the warehouse.
• Carrying out regular stock checks.
• Keeping your work area clean, tidy, and organised.
• Supporting the wider team to ensure smooth daily operations.
