Job description

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative with driving duties to join our busy team. This dual-role position involves supporting day-to-day operations within the warehouse, including receiving, handling, and dispatching goods, while also undertaking local deliveries and collections as required. The ideal candidate will be organised, physically fit, and possess a full UK driving licence, with a strong commitment to punctuality, safety, and excellent customer service.

Position: Warehouse Driver/ Warehouse Operative

Location: Antrim

Duration: Temporary to Permanent

Rate of Pay: £13 per hour

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 6am to 4.30pm

Duties will include (but not be limited to):

  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
  • Receive, check, and store incoming stock accurately.
  • Load and unload goods safely and efficiently.
  • Carry out local deliveries and collections using a company vehicle.
  • Ensure care equipment is clean, assembled, and ready for delivery.
  • Complete delivery paperwork, including logs and vehicle safety checks.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse and vehicle environment.
  • Follow all relevant health and safety and manual handling procedures.
  • Support stock takes and assists with general warehouse operations as needed.

Essential Criteria:

  • Valid UK Driving license
  • Previous experience within a warehouse environment
