Job Title: Warehouse Operative

Location: Swindon
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour

About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative to join our team. This is a hands‑on role in a busy warehouse environment, perfect for someone organised, safety‑conscious, and eager to work in a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a forklift (Forklift certification mandatory)
  • Book goods into stock, transfer stock, and manage shipments using courier websites
  • Pick and pack in‑house works orders and customer orders accurately
  • Load and unload vehicles using a forklift
  • Transfer stock to correct warehouse locations
  • Conduct regular stock checks
  • Handle chemicals safely (PPE provided)

Requirements:

  • Forklift certification (mandatory)
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
  • Commitment to safety and following procedures

Working Hours:

  • Monday - Thursday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
  • Friday: 8:00am - 12:45pm

Breaks:

  • Morning tea break: 10:00am - 10:10am
  • Lunch break: 12:45pm - 1:15pm
  • Afternoon tea break: 3:00pm - 3:10pm
