Job summary

Aligra is recruiting a Warehouse Operative for Burton on Trent on 12-hour shifts (6 AM – 6 PM) with full in-house training and immediate starts. Whether you have warehouse experience or are new to the industry, you will play a vital role in keeping operations running smoothly.

You’ll gain hands-on MHE skills, work with leading logistics partners, and join a supportive team with clear progression routes. DBS clearance is required, with a 5-year continuous work history preferred, and weekend

Qualifications

• DBS clearance requires 5 years’ continuous work history.
• Willingness to complete DBS clearance prior to starting.
• Reliable, proactive, and physically fit for 12-hour shifts.

• Picking and packing orders accurately to meet customer requirements.
• Operating MHE safely, including forklifts and pallet trucks.
• Conducting quality checks and maintaining inventory control.
• Keeping the workplace clean, organised, and safe.
• Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
