Job summary

Winner Recruitment Ltd in Crick, England, is hiring a Warehouse Operative on rotating early/late shifts with a basic rate of £13.75 per hour and overtime at £20.63 per hour.

You will load and unload stock, perform heavy lifting, pick and pack orders, maintain accurate stock and keep the warehouse clean while supporting colleagues to hit daily targets. Hours are 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00, Monday to Friday with weekend overtime.

Qualifications

• Be physically able to carry out heavy lifting.

• Previous warehouse experience beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Loading, unloading and moving stock.
• Carrying out heavy lifting and manual handling tasks.
• Picking, packing and preparing orders.
• Ensuring stock is handled accurately and safely.
• Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and organised.
• Working closely with colleagues to meet daily targets.
• Following health and safety procedures at all times.
