Job description

We are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives who are Reach Truck Trained.

Working in our distribution centres means fast‑paced environments, excellent attention to detail, with the ability to think quickly and work as part of a team to ensure orders are picked accurately and on time with seamless delivery to our customers.

You must be Reach Truck Trained, hold a D2 licence and have experience operating over 8m.

The shift patterns will be discussed at interview, but will be 14:00 – 22:00 per day.

Prior to employment, you must successfully complete a drug and alcohol test.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing customer orders using a handheld terminal to understand pick expectations.
• Receiving, storing and stacking appropriately.
• Working with integrity to fulfil all stock requirements and needs.
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment – health, safety and legal always top of mind.
• Process LLOP and FLT where applicable; successful individuals may receive training on these.
• Operate in ambient, chilled and freezer sections with preferences discussed during the process.
• Adapt to a fast‑paced environment with flexibility and adaptability.
• Work to set deadlines and maintain a professional, positive, organised and enthusiastic approach.

• Experience operating a 14‑m Reach Truck.
• Strong teamwork, initiative and self‑motivation.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred but not essential.
