Job summary

Gap Personnel Limited is seeking Warehouse Operatives to join the team at our client location in Stowmarket (IP14). This full-time role involves handling goods in/out, picking with LLOP, and ensuring accurate stock checks for e-commerce orders.

The position requires physical stamina for lifting up to 25kg and performing routine warehouse duties in a busy environment. A zero-hours/temp-to-perm contract is offered with a Thursday to Sunday 2pm–10pm shift pattern.

Qualifications

• Physically fit for heavy lifting up to 25kg.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Picking using LLOP (light loading/operating pallet trucks).
• Goods in and dispatch processes.
• Check stock on incoming and outgoing goods.
• Handle E-commerce orders processing.
• Maintain hygiene and cleaning of the warehouse.
• Operate recycling unit where required.
• Perform general warehouse duties as needed.

The Role

• Picking (Using LLOP)
• Goods in and dispatch
• Checking stock incoming and outgoing
• E-commerce
• Hygiene / cleaning of the warehouse
• Recycling unit
• General warehouse duties
• Lifting of heavy goods – Up to 25kg

Contract Type: Zero Hours Contract / Temp to Perm

Salary: £13.20

Hours of work as a full-time Warehouse Operative: Thursday to Sunday schedule.

• 8 hour shift
• 2pm – 10pm
