Job Overview

Warehouse Operative – PM Shift – Temp-to-perm opportunities.

Brackmills Industrial Estate, Northampton.

Salary: £13.70 – £14.35 per hour + Overtime x1.5.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 14:00 – 22:00.

Full‑time role with stability and a great atmosphere. Join the team at J&J Global Fulfilment Centre and become part of a modern, fast‑paced warehouse operation. Picking and packing products such as makeup, wine, toiletries, and clothing in a clean, organised environment with the latest warehouse technology.

First shift includes a full on‑site induction, a warehouse tour and demonstrations of all key tasks.
