Job summary

Select Appointments in Bury St Edmunds is seeking a Warehouse Operative to support ongoing temporary work. You will handle order picking, packing, stock checks, and maintain a safe, efficient warehouse environment across day and night shifts.

Two shift patterns are available: 2pm–10pm (£12.71/hr) and 10pm–6am (£14.50/hr). Experience is preferred but training will be provided, and reliability and punctuality are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
• Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Reliable and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Accurately picking and preparing orders ready for dispatch
• Packing products safely and efficiently
• Checking orders to ensure accuracy and quality
• Assisting with stock checks and maintaining accurate inventory
• Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and organised
