Job summary

Bestway Group is hiring a Warehouse Operative - Picking to join its busy depot. You will be on your feet all day, physically handling stock, aiming to pick fast and accurately to meet daily targets.

The role focuses on high-volume order picking at approximately 120 units per hour, stock replenishment, and delivering great service to customers. You will work in a team with flexible hours and onsite parking, with a pension and paid annual leave.

Responsibilities

• Accurately picking customer orders at a rate of 120 units per hour.
• Replenishing stock to ensure availability and accuracy.
• Delivering friendly customer service and support at the depot.
• Carrying out other depot tasks as required.

About the role

This is a fast paced role where you could be involved in a wide variety of tasks. It’s a busy and physically demanding role where you will be on your feet all day, moving and lifting stock to ensure targets and deadlines are met.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately picking customer orders for delivery with an expected pick rate of 120-units per hour

• Replenishing stock

• Ensuring our customers receive the best possible service at all times

• Other depot tasks as required
