Job description

Staffline is hiring Warehouse Operatives to join a busy distribution centre in Barnsley, supporting one of the UK's most well-known high street food retailers.

This is a full-time role, working 5 out of 7 days, 2pm to 12am (midnight).

Due to the shift end times, you will need your own transport for this role.

Responsibilities

• Picking food products in a chilled environment using pick headsets
• Breaking down pallets of food ready for processing
• Allocating products for storage and dispatch

Time at work and pay

• First 24 Weeks: Weekday Day shift (6am - 6pm) £12.73 per hour
• First 24 Weeks: Weekday Night shift (6pm - 6am) £15.22 per hour
• First 24 Weeks: Weekend Day shift (6am - 6pm) £13.16 per hour
• First 24 Weeks: Weekend Night shift (6pm - 6am) £17.19 per hour
• After 25 Weeks: Weekday Day shift (6am - 6pm) £12.96 per hour
• After 25 Weeks: Weekday Night shift (6pm - 6am) £16.20 per hour
• After 25 Weeks: Weekend Day shift (6am - 6pm) £15.55 per hour
• After 25 Weeks: Weekend Night shift (6pm - 6am) £17.49 per hour
• Overtime rates are paid after 40 hours
