Job summary

Kenect Recruitment is seeking hardworking candidates for a full-time Warehouse Operative - Pick/Packer role in Worcester. You will sort parcels, pick and pack goods, and scan items to ensure accurate inventory and smooth warehouse operations.

Shifts start as early as 05:00 and run 8–10 hours. Sunday availability is essential. Permanent opportunities are available after induction.

This is a permanent placement with potential for long-term progression and competitive hourly pay in line with NLW.

Warehouse Operative - Pick/Packer (SSS16) Worcester, England

Salary: GBP10.85 - GBP12.71 per hour

We are currently looking for hard-working candidates to join our client's full-time warehouse team in Worcester. Immediate starts are available!

• Safe use of pump trucks
• Efficient loading and unloading of containers
• General warehouse duties as required

Shift Pattern:

• Day shifts with start times from05:00am
• 8–10 hour shifts
• Sunday availability is essential
• Exact shift times will be confirmed during your induction

Pay Rate:

• £10.75 - £12.71 per hour (Inaccordance with NLW)
