Overview

GR Employment Ltd are looking for part-time Parcel Sorters / Warehouse Operatives on behalf of one of our customers who are a worldwide market leader in parcel logistics. The position is based in Hoyland. This is a temporary placement, but for the right candidate could go permanent.

Responsibilities

• Process all incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Scan and distribute material within the service centre.
• Ensure that materials and shipments are processed and loaded into vehicles in a precise, safe and time-efficient manner.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and ensure the warehouse is left in a clean and tidy condition after the end of the shift.
• Handle shipments with precise and careful procedures, working to tight timeframes and deadlines.
• Perform any other reasonable duties as required.
• Manual lifting of shipments is required.

Requirements / Qualifications

• No experience needed.
• Security training will be given when required.

Shift and Pay

• Shift: Monday to Friday, split shift 16:00 to 21:00.
• Hourly Rate: £12.50 per hour.
