Warehousing Solutions Ltd in Cardiff is seeking Warehouse Operatives to start this month. No experience is needed; multiple shifts are available: 6am-2pm, 8am-4pm, 10am-6pm, 12pm-8pm, 2pm-10pm, 8pm-6am, 10pm-8am.

Starting rates from £19.50/hour on days, £22.50/hour on nights and £26.60/hour for bank holidays and overtime. Key duties include receiving goods, storage, order fulfilment, inventory checks, loading/unloading, and keeping the warehouse safe and tidy.

Qualifications

• Physical stamina required for extended standing, lifting and moving items.
• Strong attention to detail for stock checks and order accuracy.
• Good organizational skills to manage tasks and tidy workspace.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and checking goods: unload deliveries, verify items, inspect for damage.
• Storage and organization: sort and store items, optimize space, ensure handling conditions.
