EVRi in Lutterworth is hiring a Warehouse Operative to keep parcels moving smoothly. You’ll load and unload goods, sort and scan parcels using smart depot tech, and collaborate with a friendly team to hit daily targets.

This is a full-time, 40-hour week (5 days out of 7, weekends included). We offer competitive pay (£14.17 per hour with overtime at £21.26), generous annual leave, potential career progression, and flexible benefits including shopping vouchers, insurance, and access to Wagestream.

As aWarehouse Operativein ourLutterworthdepot,you’llplay a vital part in keeping our operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

• Loading & Unloading: Handling parcels with care and efficiency.

• Sorting & Scanning: Using smart tech to sort parcels into cages.

• Teamwork: Collaborating with a supportive team to get the job done.

Full-time contracts: 40 hours per week, any 5 out of 7 days (including weekends).
