Warehouse Operative – Coleshill (£14.00 per hour)

Temp to Perm | Set night shift | Immediate Starts Available | New Site Launch | Working with beauty, clothing & household products.

• Basic hourly rate : £14.00 per hour
• Overtime : £21.00 per hour (time and a half) for hours worked over 37.5 per week.

Location : Coleshill

Please note : due to limited public transport, own transport is essential or you must live locally.

Working Hours

This is a 7-day operation

• 10pm - 6am
• 5 working days per week (including weekends)
• Required to be available 5 out of 7 days per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately picking and packing customer orders
• Palletising and preparing stock for dispatch
• General warehouse duties and housekeeping
• Packing customer orders to a high standard.
• Ensuring all packed items and sorted and sent to customers officially.
• Ensuring health & safety and cleanliness standards are maintained

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
• Ability to work rotating shifts and weekends (on a rota basis)
• Picking & packing experience preferred
• Motivated and ambitious.
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
