YOUR ROLE

As a Warehouse Operative based at our ADC Barton‑under‑Needwood site, you will be part of a high‑performing team supporting a key, high‑profile customer. This is a vital role within the operation, directly contributing to the efficiency, accuracy, and overall success of the warehouse.

This is a night shift position, working from 22:00 to 06:00.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Unload vehicles, receipt and putaway items
• Pick orders, produce dispatch and carrier paperwork, and ensure it is logged onto the system where necessary
• Load vehicles in accordance with delivery manifests
• Liaise with Team Leaders to ensure work is allocated correctly
• Maintain stock accuracy
• Mandatory usage of MHE – valid licences and experience are an advantage

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Previous experience picking and packing, preferably using SAP or Oracle interfaces
• Great team player but also able to work alone where required
• Good communication skills
• Able to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines and targets
