Job summary

Lidl GB is seeking a Warehouse Operative to support stores by ensuring timely stock receipt and accurate picking. You will handle orders independently, contribute to efficient stock flow, and enjoy competitive pay with night shift premiums.

• Pack a variety of products including meat, fruit, frozen and chilled items (premium payments of £1.50/hour when temperatures fall to -18°C).
• Ensure deliveries are stacked and secure.
• Report any damaged items to your manager.
• Work through your orders independently and responsibly.

As a Lidl Warehouse Operative, you’ll make sure our stores receive the right stock when they need it. From picking products to helping out in team tasks like checking stock, you’ll roll up your sleeves and get the job done. You’ll work through your orders independently to help get our 2,000-plus products into the hands of happy customers, taking pride in the fact that without you, our shelves would be empty.

• An additional £2.00 per hour for bank holidays and £3.50 per hour for nights
• 30-35 days’ annual holiday (pro rata)
