Job summary

Lidl in Heighington is hiring a Warehouse Operative on a full-time basis. You’ll join a team that keeps shelves stocked by accurately picking orders and assisting with stock checks.

Starting at £13.45–£14.45 per hour, the role includes a 40-hour week, night and weekend premiums, and a benefits package with discounts and pension. You’ll work independently to ensure timely deliveries of Lidl’s 2,000+ products to stores, with training provided.

You'll work through your orders independently to help get our 2,000-plus products into the hands of happy customers, taking pride in the fact that without you, our shelves would be empty.
