Job summary

Liquidline is expanding its operations in Ipswich and seeks a Warehouse Operative to manage stock receipts, storage, and dispatch. You will load and unload, pick and pack, check deliveries, and liaise with multiple departments to keep the warehouse running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Advantage if forklift qualification or experience.
• Previous warehouse operative experience.
• Good with IT systems and quick to learn new software.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety in the workplace.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the team in loading and unloading goods.
• Assist with picking and packing, and check goods in for storage.
• Check deliveries against purchase orders to maintain stock accuracy.
• Book in goods onto the system and manage pallets and courier collections.
• Assist liaising with other Liquidline departments (parts, purchasing, customer service).
• Maintain tidy, safe warehouse per key health & safety policies.
• Operate counterbalance and flexi forklifts.
• Report discrepancies affecting efficiency to Warehouse Manager.
