Job summary

Team RH is seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our office-based team at Team Valley, Gateshead. You will handle goods in, goods out, picking, packing, stock control and general organisation to ensure orders reach customers accurately and on time.

You'll work closely with colleagues across operations, learn new equipment and systems, and contribute to maintaining high warehouse standards while supporting peak demand periods.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse or similar environment.
• Able to perform manual handling tasks safely.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy in picking and packing.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload deliveries and book stock into systems.
• Pick, pack and dispatch orders for wholesale, retail and export.
• Assist with stock checks, cycle counts and stock integrity.
• Maintain safe, clean and organised warehouse areas.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets.
