Job summary

Lidl GB is hiring a Warehouse Operative to ensure stores receive the right stock. You will pick, pack, and help with tasks to move 2,000+ products into customers' hands.

The role offers £14.45 per hour for a 40-hour contract, with extra pay for nights (£3.50) and bank holidays (£2). A generous benefits package includes 30–35 days’ holiday pro rata, staff discount, pension, and progression opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Be a multitasker, listening to picking instructions via headset and carrying them out swiftly.
• Pack a variety of products, with premium payments for low-temperature work.
• Ensure deliveries are stacked and secure.
• Report damaged items to your manager.
• Independently work through your orders.
