Job summary

Booker is recruiting for Warehouse Operatives at our Wellingborough distribution centre. The role involves picking and packing orders, receiving and storing stock, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. Training on LLOP and FLT is possible in certain areas.

Shifts are 6:00–14:00 on any 5 days from 7, with prior drug and alcohol testing completed before employment. Ideal candidates are hardworking, team-oriented, and able to work both independently and with others to meet deadlines in a

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse environment is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to think quickly and work as part of a team.
• Good attention to detail in picking and packing.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing customer orders using a handheld terminal.
• Receiving, storing and stacking stock appropriately.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment with health and safety in mind.
• Learn to operate LLOPs and FLTs where training is provided.
• Work across ambient, chilled and freezer sections as needed.
• Meet deadlines and stay self-motivated in a fast-paced setting.
• Collaborate with teammates and take initiative as required.
