Job summary

Meridian Business Support is recruiting for a Warehouse Operative in Warrington, WA2 8QT. The role offers fixed day shifts, full training, free onsite parking and weekly pay on a modern clothing distribution site.

You will pick items with handheld scanners, fold and pack clothes, move stock with pump trucks and load/unload shipments, all while meeting productivity targets and maintaining safety.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, logistics, distribution, parcel sorting, order picking or goods-in experience.
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• The ability to work in a physically demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Picking clothing items using handheld scanners.
• Folding and packing clothes at a workstation.
• Moving pallets using pump trucks following training.
• Sorting tubs, bags and sacks of clothing.
• Loading, unloading and relocating stock safely.
• Undertaking manual handling duties throughout the shift.
• Working to productivity targets and operational deadlines.
