Job summary

Mayflower Washroom Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Operative in Woolwich to support our warehouse operations and ensure customers receive high standards of service. You will pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch and help maintain stock accuracy.

The role is full-time and permanent, with a Monday to Friday pattern and a benefits package including a pension, 23 days holiday (plus bank holidays), virtual GP, employee discounts through phsPerks, and access to ILM training and apprenticeship

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a warehouse environment
• Good attention to detail and accuracy when picking orders
• A proactive approach to maintaining warehouse standards
• A positive attitude and strong team-working skills
• Counterbalance Forklift Licence ( desirable)

Responsibilities

• Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for dispatch
• Allocating stock accurately to customer orders
• Assisting with goods-in processes and van loading as required
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety within the warehouse
• Achieving agreed picking and productivity targets
