Job summary

The Best Connection are recruiting for Warehouse Operatives / Driver's Mates to join our client based in Uddingston on an ongoing basis. This is a varied role, with duties changing daily between Driver's Mate/Porter tasks and warehouse work.

You will be involved in heavy lifting, loading and unloading goods, assisting with deliveries, and general warehouse duties, all while working as part of a team and adhering to health and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or manual handling experience preferred.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Good physical fitness.
• Able to work as part of a team.
• Flexible to perform both warehouse and Driver's Mate duties.

Warehouse Operative / Driver's Mate

The Best Connection are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives / Driver's Mates to join our client based in Uddingston on an ongoing basis.

This is a varied role, with duties changing depending on the day's requirements. You could be working as a Driver's Mate/Porter one day and in the warehouse the next, all for the same company.

The Role:

• Heavy lifting is required
• Working as a Driver's Mate/Porter
• Loading and unloading goods
• General warehouse duties
• Assisting with deliveries
• Working as part of a team
• Following health and safety procedures

Shift Options:

Dayshift:

Monday to Friday

Start: 5am or 6am

Finish: 5pm or 6pm

Backshift:

Monday to Friday

2pm - 10pm

Pay Rate: £15.73 per hour

This is an ongoing position for the right candidates.
