Pure Staff are recruiting for Warehouse Operatives in Avonmouth, Bristol, with day and night shifts available. This temporary role offers weekly pay, in-house PAYE payroll, and long-standing client relationships in the automotive distribution sector.

Warehouse Operative – Days & Nights Available

Up to £14.42 per hour | Monday to Friday | Automotive Industry | Avonmouth, Bristol

Pure Staff are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives on behalf of our long-standing client based in Avonmouth, Bristol. Pay Rates

Day Shift

• £12.76 per hour
• £13.30 per hour including accrued holiday pay

Night Shift

• £13.76 per hour
• £14.42 per hour including accrued holiday pay

Please note: Holiday pay is accrued separately in line with PAYE regulations. Rolled-up holiday pay is not available on this assignment.

Shift Patterns

Day Shift

• Monday to Friday
• 08:30 – 18:00

Night Shift

Monday to Friday

21:00 – 06:00

Consistent weekly hours.

Duties of the Warehouse Operative

Working as a Warehouse Operative within a busy automotive parts distribution centre, your responsibilities will include:

• Picking and packing automotive parts with a high level of accuracy
• Using handheld scanners and warehouse systems
• Quality checking items before shipment
• Loading and unloading stock where required
• General warehouse housekeeping
• Working towards daily productivity targets
• Handling a variety of automotive products including exhausts, bumpers, body panels and turbo components

Some items can weigh up to 25kg, so candidates must be comfortable with manual handling duties.
