Salary: £28,011 plus great benefits (£13.46 per hour plus overtime)

Monday to Friday

Shifts Available: 40 hours Per week

Working 08:30am to 17:00pm

Aylesford

As a Kent Frozen Foods Warehouse Operative, you will be part of our Coldstore goods inward day shift team. You will be checking the quality of our supplier’s ingredients, monitoring stock accuracy, and replenishing and picking produce using a FLT/Reach Truck.

It starts with a full induction, and with our backing and optional accredited training that includes forklift (if you don’t already have a licence), first aid, and manual handling, there’s no limit to your potential. In fact, almost 90% of our managers started here. So, once you’re in, there are plenty of opportunities to move roles and move up – if that’s what you want to do.

You’ll be FLT/Reach Truck trained with an eye for detail. We’ll provide a free thermal uniform to keep you warm, but you’ll need to be comfortable in a temperature‑controlled environment. As Warehouse Operatives you need to be physically fit to lift weights of up to 25kg and have your own transport to get here.
