Staffline is recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to work in Avonmouth – Panattoni Park.

Pay Rates

• £13.50 per hour – Day shift (06:00 - 18:00)
• £15.53 per hour – Night shift (18:00 - 06:00)
• Overtime rate is £18 – £20.71 per hour

Shift Pattern

This is a full‑time role working a fixed shift pattern of 3 on / 3 off, on days and nights.

Subsidised Transport – Pickup Points

• Bristol: Littleton Road BS3 5AY – Pick up times 05:05 am, 16:30 pm. Returns 06:56 am, 19:16 pm.
• Bellevue Road, Totterdown, BS3 4RQ – Pick up times 05:09 am, 16:40 pm. Returns 06:52 am, 19:09 pm.
• Temple Meads, Redcliffe, BS1 6QA – Pick up times 05:15 am, 16:56 pm. Returns 06:50 am, 19:07 pm.
• Stokes Croft (N1) BS1 3NX – Pick up times 05:23 am, 17:12 pm. Returns 06:38 am, 18:52 pm.
• Nine Tree Hill BS6 5RR – Pick up times 05:25 am, 17:15 pm. Returns 06:34 am, 18:45 pm.
• Severn Road, Avonmouth – Pick up times 05:50 am, 17:50 pm. Returns 06:10 am, 18:10 pm.

Eligibility

This role would not be suitable for students or part‑time workers due to the shift requirements.

Responsibilities

• Carry out a range of warehouse duties, including picking, packing, dispatching orders, and loading/unloading trailers.
• Follow all health and safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Actively promote a safety‑first culture across the warehouse – safety is one of our core values.
• Support the smooth running of operations by taking on additional tasks as required.

Qualifications

• A strong focus on safety and accuracy.
• A positive and flexible approach to warehouse duties.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided.
