Job Overview

Great opportunity to work as a Warehouse Operative at our client's busy site in Northampton.

Pay

• Pre Parity AM £14.30 per hour
• Post Parity AM £15.11 per hour
• Overtime: Pre Parity £21.82 - £24.31 per hour; Post Parity £23.87 - £25.60 per hour

Working hours

Full‑time, fixed shifts, any 5 days out of 7. Hours: 6am – 2pm.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing frozen food using LLOP, electric trucks and Talkman.
• Working to meet customer performance standards.
• Adhering to health and safety policies and procedures.
• Performing other general warehouse duties as required.

Qualifications

• Flexible approach to working hours, weekend work essential.
• Previous experience in warehouse/production is preferred; training will be provided.
• Punctual, basic numeracy, and communicative level of English essential.
