Job Description

Interaction Recruitment are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join our client s busy and growing team in Hemel Hempstead on a full-time permanent basis. The ideal candidate will be hands‑on, reliable, and able to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.

The working hours: Monday to Friday 08:00am to 18:00 (7.5 hours between these times each day)

Salary: £26k per annum

This role involves:

Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently

Lifting and moving heavy items safely

Maintaining high levels of attention to detail and quality control

Following company procedures and compliance regulations

Using ERP systems to record stock movements and update order information

Supporting general warehouse operations as required

To be considered for this role you must have / be:

Previous warehouse or logistics experience

Comfortable with manual handling and physical work

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Able to work at pace while maintaining quality standards

Good IT skills, with experience using ERP or warehouse management systems

Quick to learn and adapt to new processes and regulations
