Job summary

Lockwood Group Ltd in Denbysite is hiring a Warehouse Operative. The role runs 06:00–18:00 on a 4 on 4 off days cycle, with pay from £12.71 per hour plus a 50p uplift for VNA/Shunting trained operatives and a £30 attendance bonus paid weekly (subject to 100% attendance).

You will load/unload vehicles, pick and pack stock, and use handheld scanners and warehouse systems. A full UK driving licence and checkable references are required.

• Previous warehousing experience or experience of a similar role is essential.
• Must have warehouse knowledge and be able to work on own initiative.

The Lockwood Group is a dynamic forward thinking family run business established in 1965, which currently has over 400employees across 8UK sites. The group’s activities include UK transport, distribution and storage, frozen food production and co-packing solutions.

We are currently looking to recruit a Warehouse Operative to be based at our Denbysite. Previous warehousing experience or experience of a similar role is essential. Must have warehouseknowledge, be motivated and able to work on own initiative.

About the Warehouse Operative role:

Working hours are 06:00 to 18:00 on a 4 on 4 off days basis. Salary starts from £12.71 per hour, with an additional 50p per hour uplift for VNA/Shunting trained operatives, plus a £30.00 shift attendance bonus, paid weekly (subject to 100% attendance).

A full UK driving licence and checkable references are required.
