Job summary

McCulla Ireland is seeking Warehouse Operatives in Lisburn to join a growing cold supply chain team. The role involves working in cold, chill, and ambient environments, unloading/loading trailers, receiving goods, using scanners, and moving stock with forklifts.

Sharpened accuracy and teamwork are essential for meeting deadlines and ensuring a high standard of safety. Shifts are 2.00pm–11.00pm with overtime and benefits including pension and life insurance.

Qualifications

• In-date Counterbalance forklift license.
• Ability to work within -20 degrees.
• Flexible working hours attitude.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Previous warehousing work experience.
• Ride on power pallet truck license.
• Aisle master license.
• Experience with handheld scanners.
• Experience in a cold store.

Responsibilities

• Unloading and loading trailers.

Warehouse Operative, £13.85 - £14.35

We currently have Operating Centres across Northern Ireland and Ireland, with further plans for expansion. There is an ever-growing modern fleet consisting of over 120 vehicles and 200 trailers operating our just in time service with environmental sustainability at the forefront of everything we do and making us unique in the market for our customers.

We are looking to recruit Warehouse Operatives to join our team in Lisburn. This is a great opportunity to join a growing business with career opportunities.

Terms:

• Hourly rate (Mid shift £13.85 - £14.35 per hour)




• 2.00pm - 11.00pm

About the role

Hours of Work:

• Mid Shift 2.00pm - 11.00pm




• 5 shifts per week with 2 days off together




• Overtime available

The Role:

• Working as part of a team, to meet deadlines that will require work inside a cold store, chill store & ambient store.




• Unloading and loading trailers.




• Receiving goods in.




• Using Handheld scanners.




• Operating a counterbalance forklift and Ride on power pallet truck to move stock.




• Picking orders and building pallets.




• Completing various records accurately.




• Loading and unloading groupage.
