Job description

As Warehouse Operative you will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse. This role focuses on accurate order processing, maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness, and supporting timely deliveries to meet customer expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Pick items accurately using pick lists, layout maps, and quantity details
  • Dispatch all orders within set timeframes each day
  • Pack, check, and send goods using Ship Manager and Scripteasy systems
  • Enter received orders into the system and allocate them to correct locations
  • Maintain stock levels and records, including off‑site storage
  • Apply top‑up processes to prevent stock shortages
  • Keep the warehouse clean and safe in line with Health and Safety standards
  • Assist with quality checks on picked orders
  • Familiar with courier and postal service processes
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with physical tasks
  • Able to follow Health and Safety guidelines consistently
  • Detail‑oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
