Job summary

We Are Workforce Ltd in Avonmouth is seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our team. The role involves picking orders, loading/unloading vehicles and maintaining stock accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Shift pattern is Monday to Friday days, 10:00-18:30, with pay weekly. The position offers full training, onsite parking and a supportive team culture. Strong literacy and numeracy, plus reliable teamwork, are valued assets.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in a similar role is desirable.
• A good standard of literacy and numeracy skills.
• A positive thinking and self-motivated individual.
• An effective team member who works well on their own initiative.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrates an excellent attitude to work.

Responsibilities

• Pick orders using voice technology.

• Follow SOPs, work instructions, risk assessments and PMS.
• Maintain quality control to meet customer and product standards.
• Uphold hygiene and environmental standards (clean as you go).
• Operate equipment efficiently to meet required output.
• Replenish materials as needed.
• Support and deliver job-related training to colleagues.
• Communicate effectively within and outside the department.
• Carry out other reasonable duties as required.

Pay Rates (Weekly Pay):

Day rates apply between 4:00-18:00:

• Mon–Fri: £12.71 (OT after 40hrs: £19.07)
• Saturday: £15.89
• Sunday: £19.07
• Bank Holidays: £25.42

Night rates apply between 18:00-04:00:

• Mon–Fri: £15.63 (OT after 40hrs: £21.99)
• Saturday: £18.81
• Sunday: £21.99
• Bank Holidays: £28.34

Note: Pay may vary within a shift depending on exact hours worked.
