• Deliver excellent customer service at the Trade Counter.
• Manage goods-in and goods-out processes.
• Maintain general housekeeping of the Warehouse.
• Pick and pack customer orders.
• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, face-to-face, and email.
• Make proactive outbound sales calls.

As an Apprentice Operations Assistant based at West Bromwich, you’ll be responsible for:

• Delivering excellent customer service on our Trade Counter
• Responsible for goods-in and goods-out
• General housekeeping of the Warehouse
• Picking and packing customer orders
• Answering customer enquiries on phone, face-to-face and email
• Making proactive outbound sales calls

You will be working towards a Trade Supplier level 2 qualification. This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8am - 5pm.
