Job summary

Pickfords is seeking a Warehouse Administrator with forklift operator duties based in Wembley. The role covers day-to-day paperwork, data entry, and client liaison to ensure smooth operations.

You will manage reports, support the operational team, and work with Warehouse Supervisors to maintain efficient processes. Forklift and crane operation may be required as part of daily duties.

Responsibilities

• To administer all operational paperwork, file and control of necessary documents
• Update company database and/or computer system on a day to day basis as necessary
• Customer liaison and communication link between the company and our clients including internal relationships
• To ensure that all clients are dealt with in an effective and efficient manner
• To complete all reports and distribute accordingly
• To assist in the operational department when required
• Varied administrative duties when required
• To communicate with the Warehouse Supervisors
• To operate forklift trucks and crane equipment
• Warehouse and road crew duties as required
