Job summary

The Best Connection is recruiting a Material Handler / Warehouse Operative for a client in Waltham Cross. The role operates on a 4 on 4 off pattern with two shifts (7:00–17:30 and 11:30–22:00) and guarantees 40 hours per week in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key duties include receiving, processing and dispatching goods, stock counting, and reverse logistics. You will work to KPIs and safety procedures while delivering strong client service and collaborating with the team.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Material Handler / Warehouse Operative

The Best Connection are hiring on behalf of a client based in Waltham Cross (Cheshunt) Waltham Cross | 4 on, 4 off shifts | 40 hours guaranteed

We are seeking reliable and motivated Material Handlers to join a fast-paced logistics operation in Waltham Cross.

Shift & Pay Details:

• Monday to Sunday on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern
• Rotational Shifts one week early and one week late
• 4 on - 4 off
• Working across both shifts - 1st Shift 7AM to 5:30PM - 2nd Shift - 11:30AM to 10PM.
• £14.10 per hour Monday to Friday
• £18.50 per hour Weekends and Bank Holidays

Key Responsibilities:

• Receiving, processing, and dispatching goods
• Stock counting and inventory management
• Processing returns and reverse logistics tasks
• Building and configuring server racks
• Maintaining excellent client service standards
• Working to KPIs, SLAs, and safety procedures
