Our client, a well-established firm within the food import and distribution industry, based in the Cheltenham area, has an exciting new opportunity for a part-time Warehouse Operative to join their team on an ad-hoc, ongoing basis due to increased demand.

Requirements

• The ability to carry out physically demanding work, including lifting items between 10kg–25kg
• A reliable, flexible approach to working on an “as and when required” basis
• Strong attention to detail when labelling and organising stock
• A willingness to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Appropriate PPE including steel toe-capped boots and suitable workwear

Responsibilities

• Handballing stock from lorries and containers
• Placing stock into boxes accurately and efficiently
• Ensuring all boxes are correctly labelled
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area
• Supporting general warehouse operations as required
