Job summary

Vanta Staffing is seeking Warehouse Operatives in Thame, Oxfordshire, to join a busy operation. The role is a temporary ongoing position with 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, starting at 08:00. Local applicants within commuting distance are preferred due to travel requirements.

You will perform loading/unloading, picking and packing, and other general warehouse duties, with regular manual handling of items up to 25kg. Reliable, punctual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Vanta Staffing is recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and established operation in the Thame area.

We are specifically looking for candidates who live locally to Thame or within a reasonable commuting distance. Your current town or postcode MUST be clearly shown on your CV. This is a hands‑on, physically demanding warehouse position. A large proportion of the stock consists of bulkier and heavier items, and you must be comfortable with regular manual handling and lifting items weighing up to 25kg.

• Loading and unloading deliveries

• Picking and packing orders

What we're looking for

Previous warehouse experience is beneficial, particularly within goods-in, container unloading, picking, packing or manual handling.

You must be reliable, punctual and physically capable of carrying out the duties of the role. You will need to be comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment and able to safely handle heavier items throughout your shift.

Own transport would be advantageous, although we are happy to consider candidates living locally who have a reliable way of getting to the Thame area for an 08:00 start every day.
