Do you have experience working as a Warehouse Operative within an FMCG or retail environment?

We offer a comprehensive selection process, including an engagement session, followed by a two-day induction and assessment. We believe recruitment is a two-way process, giving you valuable insight into the role and the operation before committing.

The Role

• Operate baler machinery for cardboard and plastic recycling
• Collect and sort pallets by type and condition
• Build roll cages and prepare outbound loads
• Sort, load, and move goods within the warehouse
• De-kit vehicles and process returned goods
• Use powered pallet trucks (PPT) to move materials and recycling
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
• Follow all site health & safety policies and procedures

The Candidate

• Experienced Warehouse Operative or previous reverse logistics experience
• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team with minimal supervision
• Physically capable with a positive attitude
• MHE experience preferably but not essential
• Excellent attention to detail
• Counterbalance FLT experience (expired or in-house licences considered)
• Strong organisational skills
• Strong health & safety awareness and adhering to compliance policies at all times
• Flexible approach to work
• Ability to meet deadlines and follow instructions

Hours of Work

• Shift pattern: 06:00-18:00 or 18:00-06:00
• 4 on / 4 off rotation
• Weekend work required
• Day and night shifts available
• Opportunity to take on additional shifts

Pay Rates (First 12 Weeks)

• £13.00 per hour - Days (flat rate)
• £15.00 per hour - Nights (uplifted rate)
