Warehouse Supervisor, Warehouse & Distribution Manager, and Depot Manager

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the day-to-day running of the warehouse, including upkeep, organisation of bin bay locations, and correct storage of all products.
  • Adhere to good practice within the warehouse.
  • Correctly pick orders and place them in the correct delivery locations.
  • Identify possible stock shortages and inform supervisors or managers for ordering.
  • Ensure all new stock delivered is put away ASAP in the correct bin-bay location and matches the delivery note.
  • Assist in the monthly stock takes on weekends.
  • Assist with weekly stock audits.
  • Complete out-of-date lists, damaged stock lists (write-off sheets), forklift and pedestrian truck records.
  • Follow correct health and safety procedures.
  • Wear appropriate safety equipment on site: safety boots, gloves, high-visibility vest.
  • Prioritise workloads effectively.
  • Maintain a flexible approach to working hours.
  • Assist drivers as a second man / driver’s mate when required.
